| Abstract: | O texto aborda a representação digital para disseminação da informação e conhecimento a partir de ontologias. Para isso, são discutidas as ontologias para representação dos documentos na Ciência da Informação (CI), suas definições, a linguagem ontológica OWL e os paradigmas realistas e antirealistas na CI. Conclui-se que a CI pode utilizar tanto o realismo quanto o antirrealismo para construir a “conceitualização compartilhada”. Cada abordagem epistemológica possui vantagens e desvantagens, assim dependerá do autor em sua modelagem estar preparado para os possíveis impedimentos. |
| Abstract: | The text addresses the digital representation for the dissemination of information and knowledge from ontologies. For this purpose, the ontologies for document representation in Information Science (IS), their definitions, the OWL ontological language and the realistic and anti-realist paradigms in IC are discussed. It is concluded that IC can use both realism and anti-realism to build “shared conceptualization”. Each epistemological approach has advantages and disadvantages, so it will depend on the author in his modeling to be prepared for possible impediments. |
