| Abstract: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo central analisar a visão dos policiais civis da delegacia regional noroeste de Belo Horizonte sobre a inclusão de uma nova atribuição ao trabalho por eles desenvolvido, a saber: a mediação de conflitos. A partir de pesquisas bibliográficas, observações diretas e entrevistas com os policiais envolvidos no projeto de Mediação, observou-se que existe resistência dos policiais para trabalhos dessa natureza, em função da existência de uma ética implícita na organização que estimula o policial a agir baseado em práticas inquisitoriais. São apresentados, também, resultados da mediação de conflitos no âmbito da Policia Civil de Minas Gerais, chegando-se à conclusão que a instituição carece de uma política de divulgação institucional de seus projetos e de capacitação de seus servidores. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to analyze the vision of the police officers of the northwest regional police station of Belo Horizonte on the inclusion of a new assignment to the work by them developed, namely: the conflicts’ mediation. From bibliographic research, direct observations and interviews with the officers involved in the project of mediation, it was observed that there is resistance from policemen to works of this nature, on the basis of the existence of an implied ethics in the organization that stimulates the officer to act based on inquisitorial practices. Are presented, also, results of mediation of conflicts within the Police of Minas Gerais, coming to the conclusion that the institution lacks an institutional disclosure policy of their projects and training of its servers. |
