| Abstract: | Este artigo investiga tensionamentos entre a cantora brasileira Anitta e seus públicos em um acontecimento ocorrido durante o período eleitoral de 2018. Utilizando uma abordagem pragmatista das celebridades (França; Simões, 2020a, 2020b) e a noção de (des)politização (Wood; Flinders, 2014), analisamos as disputas de sentidos e valores politizados entre a celebridade e os públicos no decorrer de duas semanas no Twitter. Identificamos diferentes fluxos de politização e despolitização de valores na imagem pública de Anitta, partindo tanto da celebridade quanto de seus públicos, num movimento de interpretação e (des)naturalização de sentidos políticos. |
| Abstract: | This paper investigates the tensions between the Brazilian singer Anitta and her publics in an event that happened during the 2018’ electoral period. Using a pragmatist approach of celebrity (França; Simões, 2020a, 2020b) and the notions of politicisation and depoliticisation (Wood; Flinders, 2014), we have analysed their disputes of politicised meanings and values during two weeks on Twitter. We have identified different flows of politicisation and depoliticisation of values on Anitta’s public image, originating both from the celebrity and her publics, in a movement of interpretation and (de)naturalisation of political meanings. |
