| Abstract: | A presente monografia pretende apontar a possível contribuição da psicanálise para a clínica de transplante de órgãos e tecidos, mostrando a importância da tarefa do psicanalista ao escutar as angústias daqueles que se submetem ao transplante, uma vez que o incentivo à verbalização da experiência através da associação livre, e a elaboração das questões subjetivas, irá favorecer a integração da relação equipepaciente-família e o sucesso do tratamento. Partindo da experiência da autora como psicóloga da Clínica de Transplantes de Órgãos e Tecidos da Santa Casa de Belo Horizonte, foram estabelecidas duas fases de investigação bibliográfica, apresentadas nos capítulos desta monografia, a saber: uma discussão sobre a atuação profissional e as fantasias envolvidas nesta clínica específica, e um estudo sobre o conceito de realidade psíquica e fantasia em Freud. Tal temática ganhou destaque neste estudo pelo fato das fantasias representarem uma espécie de rota de fuga, que tanto pode colocar a perder todo o processo do transplante, quanto transformar o insuportável da experiência enigmática em uma realidade mais tolerável para o sujeito. |
| Abstract: | This monograph is intended to show the possible contribution of psychoanalysis to the transplantation of organs and tissues clinic, showing the importance of the analyst task to listen to the anguish of those who undergo transplantation, since the incentive to verbalization of experience through free association, and the elaboration of subjective questions will encourage the integration of these staff-patient-family relationship and treatment success. Starting from the author's experience as a psychologist in the Transplantation of Organs and Tissues Clinic in Santa Casa de Belo Horizonte, two phases of research literature presented in chapters of this monograph, namely: a discussion on professional activity and the fantasies involved in this particular clinic, and a study on the concept of psychic reality and fantasy in Freud. This issue was highlighted in this study because the fantasies represent a kind of escape route, that can both put to waste the whole process of transplantation, as it can transform the enigmatic of the unbearable reality experience more tolerable to the subject. |
