| Abstract: | O estudo desenvolvido teve como objeto de análise um recorte do Setor Bueno, um bairro de grande relevância para a cidade de Goiânia. É notável para os moradores da cidade, até mesmo ser observado por imagens de satélite, o impacto que a ação do mercado imobiliário teve desde a criação e construção do bairro. Esse fato apenas decorreu por brechas que surgiram na legislação da cidade ao longo dos anos. Diante desse cenário manifestam-se questionamentos sobre o futuro da cidade quando é avaliada sob uma ótica sustentável. Quais as consequências de uma legislação que não se aprofundou nas questões sustentáveis de uma cidade? Qual o retrato de um bairro após a verticalização intensa dos espaços? |
| Abstract: | The study developed had a section of Setor Bueno as its object of analysis, a neighborhood of great relevance for the city of Goiânia. It is remarkable for city dwellers, it can even be observed in satellite images, the impact that the action of the real estate market has had since the creation and construction of the neighborhood. This fact was only due to breaches that appeared in the city's legislation over the years, in view of this scenario, questions arise about the future of the city when it is evaluated from a sustainable perspective. What are the consequences of legislation that did not delve into the sustainability issues of a city? What is the reality of a neighborhood after the intense verticalization of spaces? |
