| Title: | Sexualidades no tribunal: enunciados na jurisprudência do sudeste |

| Abstract: | O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar como as questões referentes a gênero e sexualidade se apresentam nos acórdãos das jurisprudências dos Tribunais de Justiça da região Sudeste do Brasil. Pretendeuse compreender como os discursos a respeito das identidades de gênero e sexualidades dissidentes foram evocados, para qual finalidade e seus consequentes efeitos. Em termos metodológicos, realizou-se o mapeamento das jurisprudências de cada um dos estados que compõem a região Sudestes a partir da utilização de descritores relacionados às categorias que compõem a comunidade LGBTTT. Constatou-se que a esfera jurídica se constitui enquanto um local de disputas discursivas e de construção do plano social, sendo, portanto, um espaço estratégico no que se refere a busca por cidadania e efetivação de direitos para a população LGBTTT. |
| Abstract: | This article’s goal is to analyze how the issues concerning gender and sexuality appear on the jurisprudence judgments of the Courts of Justice located in Brazil’s Southeastern Region. It was intended to understand how the discourses about gender identities and dissident sexualities were evoked, for what purpose and its effects. In methodological terms, a jurisprudence mapping was carried out on each of the states that form the Southeastern Region based on descriptors related to the categories that make up the LGBTTT community. It was found that the legal sphere constitutes itself as a dispute field on discourse and construction of the social plan, thus being a strategic area when it comes to the search for the effectiveness of the LGBTTT population’s rights. |
