dc.description.abstractThe aim of this paper is to analyze the speeches of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez Frías, aiming to identify and understand the features present in them in order to understand the political culture through the Bolivarian social imagery contained in the words of Venezuelan president. We show the characteristics of Bolivarianism as political culture and the social imaginary as this in the speeches of Hugo Chavez link to this route.pt_BR

Neste trabalho mostramos as características do bolivarianismo enquanto cultura política e como o imaginário social presente nos discursos de Hugo Chávez apontam para este caminho.pt_BR
