| Abstract: | Entrevista realizada com o professor emérito da Unicamp, Carlos Rodrigues Brandão, sobre as contribuições de Paulo Freire para se pensara educação superior e o papel da universidade na atualidade. A homenagem a Paulo Freire, neste ano do seu centenário, constitui uma seção especial da Revista Docência do Ensino Superior. Esta entrevista foi realizada em junho de 2021, através de uma conferência virtual, seguindo um questionário semiestruturado com sete perguntas. Carlos Rodrigues Brandão descreve sua trajetória, sua relevante participação em movimentos sociais e destaca a contribuição de Paulo Freire para a educação superior. O professor também destaca avanços no ensino superior, o cenário vivenciado nos dias atuais e palavras de esperança para seguirmos na luta! |
| Abstract: | Interview conducted with professor emeritus at Unicamp Carlos Rodrigues Brandão about Paulo Freire's contribution to thinking about higher education and the role of the university today. The tribute to Paulo Freire, in this year of his centenary, constitutes a special section of the Revista Docência do Ensino Superior. This interview was conducted in June 2021, through a virtual conference, following a semi-structured questionnaire with seven questions. Carlos Rodrigues Brandão describes his trajectory as well as his relevant participation in social movements, and highlights Paulo Freire's contribution to higher education. The professor also highlights advances in higher education, the scenario experienced today and words of hope for us to keep on fighting! |
