| Abstract: | Nesse estudo se aborda como a governança é percebida pelo stakeholders, a partir do pressuposto que, para alcançar resultados, é preciso haver valorização e estímulo para o alcance do interesse das partes interessadas. Para tanto, foi observado o caso de um hospital filantrópico de uma cidade do interior de Minas Gerais, tendo sido o caso analisado construído a partir de informações obtidas na internet associadas à realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com stakeholders. Os principais resultados sugerem que no modelo de governança identificado no hospital, o de stakeholders, há falhas nas práticas de responsabilidade e participação, o que torna particularmente problemática a relação entre gestão e empregados, o que interfere na gestão da organização como um todo. |
| Abstract: | In this paper, we deal with how corporate governance is perceived by stakeholders, based on the assumption that in order to achieve results, there is a need for valorization and encouragement to reach interest of stakeholders. For this, we have observed the case of a philanthropic hospital of a city of Minas Gerais state (Brazil). This case was analysed through data obtained in the internet associated with the accomplishment of semistructured interviews with stakeholders. Main results suggest that in the governance model identified in the hospital, stakeholders one, there are flaws in the practices of responsibility and participation, which makes the relationship between management and employees particularly problematic, which interferes with the management of the organization as a whole. |
