Abstract: | This research has analyzed the Board of Innovation and Teaching Methodologies (GIZ) implemented through the Program of Support to the Restructuring and Expansion Plans of the Federal Universities (Reuni), comprehending how networking practices are articulated within the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). In the first chapter it has been proposed a reflection on the different nuances and perspectives that have crossed the construction of the idea of university as Complexity Theory by Morin and the conformation of the public university in the 21st century by Santos. In the second chapter it has discussed how the Reuni proposition has been configured as a university transformation vector, highlighting the program's commitment to the pedagogical renewal and the expansion of public higher education. In the third chapter it has discussed the formal structure of GIZ and it has presented the theoretical constructs that underlie the idea of network. It has elected the key concepts for network that encompasses the present study by Musso, related to an unstable interconnection structure, composed of interacting elements , and whose variability obeys some operating rule. In the fourth chapter it has analyzed the research results, it has started from the subjects' perceptions to discuss their definitions and convergences about GIZ, its role, function and mission, why and for what GIZ was created, it has analyzed their actions and the prevailing network conceptions from the perspective of the subjects, revealing their articulation as a network for the development of higher education practices and which challenges are perceived. In the fifth chapter it has presented the educational product that was constituted as an intervention proposal and tools commited to the co-creation and collaborative strategies using Design Thinking approaching to work with the perceived challenges in GIZ and in particular how it is possible to improve the subjects' engagement in formative actions. |
