| Abstract: | A proposta contida neste artigo é partir dos conceitos de Jean-Pierre Sarrazac (2017) inerentes à concepção do “drama-da-vida” e das ideias de Henri Bergson presentes em seu livro Matéria e memória (1999) – a relação de corpo, espírito e memória –, e de narrativa em Paul Ricoeur (2010), para indagar como a memória é instrumento para a construção da dramaturgia da peça Jacy (2013),do Grupo Carmin (RN). O resultado é a observação de uma criação em cena de um “mais-que-presente” que, ao fundir elementos do passado com situações do presente, almeja provocar uma mudança futura. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to examine how Grupo Carmin (RN), a Brazilian theatre group, uses the memory as an instrument to build the dramaturgy of the play Jacy (2013). The concept of “drama-of-life” developed by Jean-Pierre Sarrazac (2017), the ideas presented by Henri Bergson in the book Matter and Memory (1999) – the relationship between body, spirit and memory – and the concept of narrative in Paul Ricoeur (2010) served as starting point in this research. As a conclusion, it was observed the creation inside the scene of a “more-than-present”, which merges elements from the past with present situations in order to promote a future change. |
