| Abstract: | Objetivos: o estudo visa analisar a relação entre a promoção de saúde e a situação de violência entre os usuários das unidades de saúde da atenção primária no município de Ribeirão das Neves-MG. Métodos: trata-se de estudo de abordagem quantitativa cuja metodologia consiste de entrevistas semiestruturadas com usuários da atenção primária do referido município. Resultados: foram entrevistados 628 usuários de 58 unidades básicas de saúde. Observou-se que as violências mais frequentes foram: verbal, psicológica e tentativa de suicídio e que o desenvolvimento de ações de prevenção à violência na atenção primária é baixo. Conclusão: a não realização de ações de promoção de saúde na atenção primária à saúde do município favorece a violência, enquanto a existência delas poderia ter grande potencial para a prevenção da violência. |
| Abstract: | Objectives: The study aims to examine the relationship between health promotion and the violence among users of the Health Units Primary, in Ribeirão das Neves (MG). Methods: this is a quantitative approach study whose methodology consists of semi-structured interviews with users of Primary Care of the municipality. Results: a total of 628 users of 58 Basic Health Units was observed that the most frequent violence were. Verbal, psychological and attempted suicide, and that the development of actions to prevent violence in Primary Care is low. Conclusion: failure to carry out health promotion activities in primary municipal health favors violence, while their existence could have great potential for the prevention of violence. |
