| Abstract: | O processo de financeirização da economia é cada vez mais claro com o crescimento do papel do crédito na economia, ao mesmo tempo em que alcança do desenvolvimento dos mercados financeiros e as instituições atreladas a ele. Nesse sentido, os desdobramentos regionais também podem ser sentidos, uma vez que o sistema abrange cada vez mais indivíduos e famílias com produtos direcionados para as necessidades diversas. Assim, o objetivo dessa pesquisa consiste em compreender as perspectivas teóricas de financeirização e discutir suas implicações em perspectiva local. Para tanto, a metodologia empregada consiste em revisão bibliográfica das abordagens teóricas sobre o tema. Os resultados sugerem que a perspectiva regional ainda precisa avançar na literatura para envolver o papel de políticas monetárias e o próprio desenvolvimento das regiões |
