| Abstract: | O artigo evidencia as mudanças no plano de carreira dos docentes da Rede Estadual de Ensino de Minas Gerais, a partir de 2010, com a implementação do subsídio, que alterou a forma de pagamento e a estrutura da carreira, em atendimento à legislação federal do Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional, a desvalorização da profissão com redução dos percentuais de movimentação, além do reposicionamento do servidor mais antigo ao início da carreira. |
| Abstract: | The article shows the changes in the career path of teachers within the State Educational Network of Minas Gerais, from 2010, with the implementation of the subsidy, which changed the form of payment and the career structure, in compliance with federal law on the National Professional Minimum Wage, the devaluation of the profession by reducing the increases in the percentage payable, in addition to repositioning the oldest workers to that of employees at the beginning of their career. |
