| Abstract: | O principal objetivo da pesquisa apresentada no presente trabalho foi analisar a produtividade de empresas do setor siderúrgico brasileiro no período de 2010 a 2018, a partir da perspectiva do valor adicionado. Para a realização da pesquisa, foram selecionados três importantes grupos empresarias que atuam em vários segmentos integrados da área siderúrgica, tanto no mercado interno como no mercado externo. A metodologia de pesquisa adotada para análise da produtividade pode ser classificada como descritiva, documental e quantitativa. Os procedimentos utilizados para avaliar a produtividade das empresas selecionadas incluíram não só uma ampla revisão da literatura sobre produtividade sistêmica (valor adicionado), como a definição e o cálculo dos principais indicadores de produtividade. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram uma importante conclusão: nenhuma das empresas analisadas apresentou aumento de produtividade no intervalo de período analisado. A expectativa é que este trabalho abra novas oportunidades de pesquisas relativas ao tema da produtividade sistêmica (valor adicionado) tanto no aspecto da análise e do controle da produtividade das atividades operacionais, como na implantação de sistemas integrados de gestão da produtividade. |
| Abstract: | This paper presents the results of a study aimed at analyzing The productivity of the main companies in the brazilian steel sector From 2010 to 2018 from the value added perspective. In order to carry Out the research, we selected three important business groups that Work in several integrated segments of the steel industry, both in The domestic market and in the foreign market. The research Methodology used to analyze productivity can be classified as Descriptive, documentary and quantitative one. The results of the research reveal an important Conclusion: none of the analyzed companies showed an increase of Productivity in the interval of analyzed period.
