| Title: | Atenção às pessoas com lesões cutâneas em unidades de Atenção Primária à Saúde: uma scoping review |

| Abstract: | Objetivos: identificar e sintetizar evidências científicas sobre a atenção às pessoas com lesões cutâneas atendidas na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Métodos: trata-se de uma scoping review desenvolvida com base nas recomendações do PRISMA-ScR e no método proposto pelo Joanna Briggs Institute. Realizaram-se buscas nas bases de dados PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, BVS, COCHRANE e Embase, utilizando os descritores booleanos AND; OR; NOT. Resultados: identificaram-se 205 estudos. Após análise, a amostra final foi composta por sete artigos. Quanto ao tipo de estudos, obtiveram-se um relato de caso, dois estudos qualitativos descritivos, uma revisão integrativa, um estudo transversal e duas revisões de literatura. Considerações finais: estudos relatam que a avaliação da pele deve ocorrer durante toda a consulta de enfermagem, segundo o processo de enfermagem que inicia na anamnese. Durante esse processo, o profissional deve atentar-se à integridade da pele, cor, temperatura, fragilidade e edema. A necessidade de maior conhecimento na realização dos cuidados com as lesões parece despertare profissionais da área da assistência para a pesquisa. |
| Abstract: | Objectives: to identify and synthesize scientific evidence on the care of people with skin lesions assisted in Primary Health Care. Methods: this is a scoping review based on the PRISMA-ScR recommendations and on the method proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute. The PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, BVS, COCHRANE and Embase databases were searched using the Boolean descriptors AND; OR; NOT. Results: A total of 205 studies were identified. After analysis, the final sample was composed of seven articles. Regarding the type of studies, one case report, two qualitative descriptive studies, one integrative review, one cross-sectional study and two literature reviews were obtained. Final Considerations: studies report that skin assessment should occur throughout the nursing consultation, according to the nursing process that begins with the anamnesis. During this process, the professional must pay attention to skin integrity, color, temperature, fragility and edema. The need for greater knowledge in terms of performing care with injuries seems to awaken health care professionals to research. |
