| Abstract: | O presente trabalho teve como objetivo geral revalidar as escalas do inventário sobre trabalho e riscos de adoecimento para jovens trabalhadores do ESPRO (Ensino Social Profissionalizante) de Belo Horizonte (MG). Logo, foi realizada pesquisa descritiva quantitativa, nos moldes de estudo de caso. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de questionário estruturado com as quatro escalas do Inventário sobre Trabalho e Riscos de Adoecimento (ITRA) e os dados foram submetidos à Análise Fatorial Exploratória (AFE). Para a Escala de Avaliação do Contexto de Trabalho o nível de explicação do fenômeno foi de 66,528%; para a Escala de Custo Humano do Trabalho, 66,059%; para a Escala de Indicadores de Prazer e Sofrimento no Trabalho, 71,892%; para a Escala de Avaliação dos Danos Relacionados ao Trabalho, 73,915%. Os parâmetros estatísticos necessários para validação da AFE foram alcançados. |
| Abstract: | The present work had as general objective to revalidate the scales of the inventory on work and risks of illness for the young workers of the ESPRO (Professional Social Teaching) of Belo Horizonte (MG). For this purpose, a quantitative descriptive research was carried out, in the form of a case study. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire with the four scales of the Inventory on Work and Illness Risks (IWIR) and the data were submitted to Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). For the Work Context Assessment Scale, the level of explanation of the phenomenon was 66.528%; for the Human Cost of Work Scale, 66.059%; for the Pleasure and Suffering at Work Scale, 71.892%; and for the Work-Related Damage Assessment Scale, 73.915%. The necessary statistical parameters for validating the EFA have been achieved. |
