dc.description.abstractThe theoretical conceptions of idleness studies and leisure studies present similarities and specifcities regarding the analysis of cultural phenomena. Thus, the objective of this work is to analyze these two perspectives considering their conceptual approaches. To do so, we conducted a bibliographical research, through a narrative review. The analyses carried out indicate that there are distinctions concerning the philosophical, ontological, epistemological, axiological and temporal aspects. However, they present similarity regarding subjectivity / attitude and pedagogical intervention. Although singular, both areas can establish dialogism for the construction of knowledge that understands the social phenomena of leisure and leisure as personal and collective development.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoAs concepções teóricas dos estudos do ócio e dos estudos do lazer apresentam semelhanças e especificidades quanto à análise dos fenômenos culturais. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar essas duas perspectivas considerando suas abordagens conceituais. Para tanto, conduzimos uma pesquisa bibliográfica, por meio de uma revisão narrativa. As análises realizadas indicam que há distinções referentes aos aspectos filosófico, ontológico, epistemológico, axiológico e temporal. Todavia, apresentam similaridade em relação à subjetividade/atitude e à intervenção pedagógica. Embora singulares, ambas as áreas podem estabelecer um dialogismo para a construção de conhecimentos que compreendam os fenômenos sociais do ócio e do lazer enquanto desenvolvimento pessoal e coletivopt_BR
