| Abstract: | Busca-se neste texto perfazer um movimento de descolonização de algumas noções de arte que são tidas como hegemônicas, por meio de uma problematização de alguns paradoxos da arte contemporânea, que se aproxima da vida, ao mesmo tempo em que é tida como hermética para o grande público, e que busca desmistificar noções tradicionais, tais como as de “gênio”, “inspiração” e “virtuosismo”, ao mesmo tempo em que impele o público a adotar o conceitualismo. Também, faz-se aqui aproximações a algumas propostas artísticas que consideramos “abeirais”, corroborando um tipo de pluralismo que, ao mesmo tempo em que dialoga com as noções hegemônicas, independe da noção de arte euro-estadunidense, imposta pela colonialidade. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this text is to complete a movement of decolonization of hegemonic notions of art through a problematization of some paradoxes of contemporary art - which approaches life, at the same time as it is considered hermetic for the general public; and which demystifies the traditional notions of “genius”, “inspiration” and “virtuosity”, but which urges the public to adopt conceptualism. Also, approximations are made here to some artistic proposals that we consider “abeirals”, corroborating a type of pluralism that, at the same time in which it dialogues with hegemonic notions, is independent of the notion of Euro-American art, imposed by coloniality. |
