| Abstract: | O setor CASEU da faculdade de Odontologia da UFMG é estratégico no funcionamento das aulas práticas das disciplinas do curso, sendo responsável por atender às necessidades dos alunos e por gerir os pacientes. Para desempenhar com excelência a gestão, o setor dispõe de um software cujos principais usuários são os alunos. Apesar disso, ainda não existe uma ferramenta com a finalidade de conversar individualmente com o aluno, o que gera gargalos na comunicação e reduz a eficiência do trabalho. Pensando em solucionar esse problema, esse estudo tem o objetivo mensurar a real necessidade de um sistema focado na comunicação servidor x aluno e, ao identificar a necessidade, propor a criação de uma ferramenta no software já utilizado pelo setor para mandar avisos individuais para os alunos. A criação do sistema tem sido bastante útil e o retorno tem sido bem positivo. Apesar disso, ainda não é possível saber se as metas foram atingidas, visto que, não decorreu o segundo prazo de avaliação. |
| Abstract: | The CASEU department of the UFMG Odontology College is strategic for practical classes. This department is the main responsible for serving the needs of the students and for the management of the local patients. CASEU has a software with the aim to provide a service of excellence, it is used mainly by the students to fill in the necessary medical forms. In spite of the support of this software, the department doesn´t have the correct tool to talk individualy with students, causing several mistakes. This research has the purpose to discuss the viability to create a tool in this current software in order to send necessary messages to help all the students in an individual way and try to solve most the issues related with communication. |
