| Abstract: | A gestão de documentos digitais apresenta uma série de responsabilidades, as quais a organização produtora precisa se atentar, dentre elas está uma gestão documental eficiente e a garantia de preservação e da autenticidade das informações produzidas. O presente artigo visa apresentar uma revisão teórica sobre a importância da gestão de documentos e da alteração da cultura organizacional para a preservação digital. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa desenvolvida a partir de um levantamento bibliográfico de referências que abordam os temas explorados. Resultados: entende-se, a partir deste estudo, que a realização da preservação digital nas instituições demanda um planejamento que inclui uma gestão documental adequada e a identificação da cultura existente, considerando diversos aspectos, como a tecnologia adotada, os objetivos estratégicos e a cultura individual dos integrantes. Conclusão: compreende-se, com isso, o quanto a preservação digital influencia e é influenciada por diferentes elementos da organização e sua implementação exige um alinhamento, que deve ser realizado antes do início das ações de preservação. |
| Abstract: | The production of digital documents includes a lot of responsibilities that the producing organization must be aware of, the efficient documentmanagement and ensuring the preservation and authenticity of applicable information. This article aims to present a theoretical review on the importance of documentmanagement and changing the organizational culture for digital preservation. Method: it is qualitative research, which used bibliographic research for data collection. Results: the realization of digital preservation in institutions requires planning that includes adequate documentmanagement and the identification of the existing culture, considering several aspects, such as the technology adopted, the strategic objectives, and the individual culture of themembers. Conclusion: therefore, it is possible to understand howmuch digital preservation influences and is influenced by different elements of the organization, and its implementation requires alignment, whichmust be carried out before the start of preservation actions. |
