| Abstract: | Objetivo: analisar a atuação do Poder Legislativo Federal brasileiro em relação à Agenda 2030. Metodologia: foi realizada uma pesquisa quanti-qualitativa por meio de arquivos oficiais e a análise estatística descritiva das frequências de atividades parlamentares, assim como análise qualitativa de textos, com base em pesquisas anteriores conduzidas por Baptista; De Bem e Delduque; e De Bem, Delduque e Silva. Resultados: as análises realizadas indicam que a atuação legislativa foi mais intensa em 2019, porém a força das proposições é baixa, dado que a principal atividade legislativa encontrada foi o requerimento. Além disso, os projetos de lei apresentados ainda não foram aprovados, dificultando sua inserção no cotidiano jurídico-institucional. Conclusão: a quantidade de proposições e atividades legislativas e os tipos de proposições encontrados não correspondem a uma concepção de perenidade da implementação da Agenda 2030 no Brasil. |
| Abstract: | Objective:to analyze the performance of the Brazilian Legislative Branch concerning the 2030 Agenda. Methods:quantitative qualitative research was conducted through official files and descriptive statistical analysis of the frequencies of parliamentary activities, as well as a qualitative analysis of texts based on previous research conducted by Baptista; De Bemand Delduque; and De Bem, Delduque e Silva.Results:the research in dicated that the legislative action was more intense in 2019, but the strength of the proposals is low, given that the main legislative activity found was the Petition. In addition, the bills presented have not yet been approved, which makes it difficult to include them in the legal-institutional routine. Conclusions:the number and types of legislative proposals, along with legislative activities,do not correspond to a conception of continuity in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda in Brazil. |
