| Abstract: | Durante o desenvolvimento de um projeto estrutural, faz-se necessário prezar não somente pela segurança e aceitabilidade sensorial da edificação, mas também pela economia no momento da construção. A partir disso, muitas vezes são estudadas diferentes soluções para a estrutura, afim de definir o melhor sistema dentro das possibilidades do empreendimento. Neste trabalho será realizada uma análise comparativa entre dois tipos de lajes, maciça e nervurada, para o pavimento térreo de um edifício residencial. Por meio da modelagem do edifício no software TQS, serão apresentadas duas propostas estruturalmente viáveis confrontando ao final os consumos de fôrma, aço e concreto em cada solução, bem como uma breve comparação dos resultados de flechas no pavimento e estabilidade global do edifício. A conclusão apontará entre as duas opções a solução estrutural mais econômica. |
| Abstract: | During the development of a structural project, it is necessary to prioritize not only the safety and sensory acceptability of the building but also the cost-effectiveness during construction. Based on this, different solutions for the structure are often studied to determine the best system within the possibilities of the project. This work will perform a comparative analysis between two types of slabs, solid and ribbed, for the ground floor of a residential building. By modeling the building in TQS software, two structurally viable proposals will be presented, comparing the formwork, steel, and concrete consumption in each solution, as well as a brief comparison of the deflection results on the floor and the stability of the building. The conclusion will point out the most economical structural solution among the two options. |
