| Abstract: | Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar soluções para problemas na execução da estaca hélice contínua monitorada, assim como analisar o comportamento da estaca a partir das perfurações, apresentando técnicas que possam ser utilizadas caso encontrem dificuldades na perfuração. Buscar- se-á também avaliar as alterações verificadas entre orçamento previsto e o orçamento real, decorrente de imprevistos que surgem durante o processo executivo. Os dados apresentados no trabalho foram obtidos na execução de fundação em estaca hélice contínua em um empreendimento situado no município de Vespasiano/MG. Será apresentado uma revisão bibliográfica sobre os tipos de fundações existentes: superficial e profunda e, em seguida, será apresentada uma explanação sobre os métodos executivos destas estacas, abordando desde a sua perfuração até a sua concretagem. Esta pesquisa terá uma abordagem exploratória, e apresentará o acompanhamento de todo processo executivo da fundação do Empreendimento Arnaldo Patrus. Como resultado deste trabalho, analisou-se a confiabilidade dos métodos utilizados, além das viabilidades técnicas executivas empregadas neste tipo de estaca. Foi possível utilizar de métodos não convencionais para solução dos problema ali encontrados, e as soluções para resolução das dificuldades encontradas. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to analyze solutions to problems in the execution of the monitored continuous helix pile, as well as to analyze the behavior of the pile from drilling, presenting techniques that can be used if difficulties are encountered during drilling. An attempt will also be made to evaluate the changes observed between the forecast budget and the actual budget, resulting from unforeseen events that arise during the executive process. The data presented in the work were obtained during the execution of a continuous helix pile foundation in a project located in the municipality of Vespasiano/MG. A bibliographical review will be presented on the types of existing foundations: superficial and deep, and then an explanation will be presented on the executive methods of these piles, covering everything from their drilling to their concreting. This research will have an exploratory approach, and will present the monitoring of the entire executive process of the founding of the Arnaldo Patrus Enterprise. As a result of this work, the reliability of the methods used was analyzed, in addition to the executive technical feasibility used in this type of pile. It was possible to use unconventional methods to solve the problems found there, and solutions to resolve the difficulties encountered. |
