dc.description.abstract | This piece delves into the theoretical and the practical - the latter of which being reflective of one of the co-author's personal experience - so as to shed light on the dynamic between tools and the workers who yield them (Marx, 1978; 1985, Santos, 2010). This will be achieved through the exploration of the concept of work itself, briefly following the transformations that the neoliberal model has imposed on the worker (Antunes 2018; 2019; Viana, 2000), without losing sight of the presence of the worker's subjectivity in the work process, as resistance and as self-affirmation before recounting first hand experiences. (Sennett, 2013). This text will, furthermore, take on the issue of telework, the role of the judge, the reverberating mark of music, and, finally, the connection between the new model and collective resistance. | pt_BR |
| pt_BR |
