| Abstract: | Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo ressaltar o interesse teórico dos “arquivos privados de natureza institucional”, bem como suas variações terminológicas, no campo da Arquivologia no Brasil. A questão principal do estudo é: Como se configura o debate produzido pela Arquivologia brasileira a respeito dos arquivos privados de natureza institucional. Notou-se que há vários termos sendo utilizados ao longo dos anos para denominar arquivos privados de natureza institucional, assim, a pesquisa buscou formalizar a terminologia em uma que seja mais consistente. Como objetivos específicos, analisou-se a presença do tema arquivos privados de natureza institucional e como era veiculado e discutido em periódicos nacionais; Examinou-se a presença do tema arquivos privados de natureza institucional e sua vinculação nos eventos nacionais de Arquivologia; Averiguou-se o interesse teórico por arquivos privados de natureza institucional nas publicações do Arquivo Nacional; Analisou-se a produção acadêmica que buscou refletir sobre os arquivos privados de natureza institucional; Identificou-se e analisou-se quais leis/normas/políticas públicas foram/são efetivamente constituídas na perspectiva de gestão/preservação dos arquivos privados de natureza institucional; E investigou-se as teses e dissertações produzidos a partir de 1991 disponíveis no portal da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoa de Nível Superior que buscam refletir e discutir sobre arquivos privados de natureza institucional. A hipótese norteadora da pesquisa reflete do levantamento do tema na revista Arquivo & Administração, na qual se observa que a temática dos arquivos privados de natureza institucional passa a aparecer mais esporadicamente a partir de 1990. Relacionamos, então, esta década com a forte incorporação da Ciência da Informação no campo teórico da Arquivologia. Pretendeu-se realizar a pesquisa pensando no entrelaçamento dos fenômenos, ou seja, desenvolver uma abordagem da história cruzada a partir do interesse pelos arquivos de organizações privadas no campo teórico da Arquivologia brasileira, que nos parece entrelaçar com adoção da Ciência da Informação, especialmente na década de 1990, quando o debate se desloca para a informação nas organizações em geral. Em termos metodológicos, este estudo caracteriza-se, predominantemente, como uma pesquisa qualitativa com característica descritiva e explicativa, usou-se para os dados coletados, a análise por meio do método histórico e pensando no entrelaçamento dos fenômenos, elegeu-se o Método da História Cruzada. Concluiu-se que as análises propostas evidenciaram a importância dos arquivos privados de natureza institucional no cenário brasileiro. Espera-se que a pesquisa possa contribuir para o debate acerca dos arquivos privados de natureza institucional, bem como para o campo teórico e a história da Arquivologia brasileira. |
| Abstract: | This research aims to highlight the theoretical interest of “private archives of an institutional nature”, as well as their terminological variations, in the field of Archivology in Brazil. The main question of the study is: How is the debate produced by Brazilian Archivology regarding private archives of an institutional nature configured? It was noted that there are several terms being used over the years to refer to private archives of an institutional nature, so the research sought to formalize the terminology into one that is more consistent. As specific objectives, the presence of the topic of private archives of an institutional nature was analyzed and how it was conveyed and discussed in national periodicals; The presence of the theme of private archives of an institutional nature and its connection in national Archivology events was examined; The theoretical interest in private archives of an institutional nature was investigated in publications from the National Archives; The academic production that sought to reflect on private archives of an institutional nature was analyzed; It was identified and analyzed which public laws/norms/policies were/are effectively constituted from the perspective of management/preservation of private archives of an institutional nature; And we investigated the thesis and dissertations produced since 1991 available on the portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel that seek to reflect and discuss private files of an institutional nature. The guiding hypothesis of the research reflects the survey of the topic in the magazine Arquivo & Administração, in which it is observed that the theme of private archives of an institutional nature began to appear more sporadically from 1990 onwards. We then relate this decade to the strong incorporation of Information Science in the theoretical field of Archivology. The aim was to carry out the research thinking about the intertwining of phenomena, that is, to develop a cross-historical approach based on the interest in the archives of private organizations in the theoretical field of Brazilian Archivology, which seems to us to be intertwined with the adoption of Information Science, especially in 1990s, when the debate shifts to information in organizations in general. In methodological terms, this study is characterized, predominantly, as a qualitative research with descriptive and explanatory characteristics, the data collected was used for analysis through the historical method and thinking about the intertwining of phenomena, the Method of Cross History. It was concluded that the proposed analyzes highlighted the importance of private archives of an institutional nature in the Brazilian scenario. It is hoped that the research can contribute to the debate about private archives of an institutional nature, as well as to the theoretical field and the history of Brazilian Archivology. |
