| Abstract: | Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a síntese do governo Dilma disponibilizada pelo portal de notícias da Globo - G1, a partir de 31 de agosto de 2016. Ao estudar essa retrospectiva não nos limitamos a compreender o seu sentido formal ou estrutural, mas também nos concentramos em detectar as estratégias narrativas propostas pelo site a fim de entender melhor os sentidos em disputa, bem como as complexas relações de poder que fazem parte dessa disputa. Para dar suporte às nossas análises utilizamos um método baseado nas proposições de Erwin Panofsky que incorpora, de acordo com as proposições de Roland Barthes, o estudo das legendas e dos títulos associados às imagens selecionadas. Para refletir sobre os resultados encontrados, convocamos os conceitos de Acontecimento, desenvolvido por Louis Quéré, e de Enquadramento, proposto por Erwin Goffman; junto às noções de Discurso e Verdade advindos da obra de Michel Foucault; além das ideias sobre a fotografia em Alan Sekula, Roland Barthes e Susan Sontag. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to analyze the synthesis of the Dilma government made available by the Globo news portal - G1, from August 31, 2016. When studying this retrospective, we are not limited to understanding its formal or structural meaning, but we also focus on detecting the narrative strategies proposed by the site in order to better understand the meanings in dispute, as well as the complex power relations that are part of this dispute. To support our analyses, we used a method based on Erwin Panofsky's propositions that incorporates, according to Barthes' propositions, the study of captions and titles associated with the selected images. To reflect on the results found, we invoked the concepts of Event, developed by Louis Quéré, and of Framing, proposed by Erwin Goffman; together with the notions of Discourse and Truth arising from the work of Michel Foucault; as well as ideas about photography by Alan Sekula, Roland Barthes and Susan Sontag. |
