dc.description.abstract | The management textual content in the organizations is vital to a continuous and efficient information flow that will impact directly on the internal decision-making processes and data reuse. Through the resources provided by the Information Architecture - IA - it is possible to develop better structured informational digital environments. The object of this work is to analyse, from the literature of the area, the methodological possibilities for the modeling of this type of environment. So, a systematic review model is presented based on a structured bibliographic research procedure. The work method is characterized by the analytical-synthetic bias, through which documents are identified, selected and synthesized in a systematized way. This method provides three main steps: 1) Structured Bibliographic Research Process - SBRP; 2) Results Management Process - RMP; and 3) Writing Process - WP, it can be used to develop the chapters of the literature review; historical, theoretical and methodological foundation, all foreseen in theses and dissertations. As a result, 68 documents were obtained in the period from 1985 to 2017. Among these documents: 15 of them are to support the literature review; 25 for the theoretical basis and 28 for the methodological basis. It is concluded that the methodology is consistent and that it will be able to support the mapping of the emphazised topics. Moreover, it is applicable to other areas of knowledge. | pt_BR |
| pt_BR |
