Abstract: | Inserted in a corporate context of intense changes, where the de-mands of process, information, people and knowledge manage-ment have been increasing the competitiveness and the need to adapt the institutions, the search for a management oriented. and aligned with the executed processes has become one of the main survival strategies adopted by the institutions. Although widely adopted, the implementation of BPM projects does not guarantee the elucidation of all organizational problems, or the desired need and customer satisfaction, and one of the causes may be related to lack of knowledge of motivation and of the goals that led the insti-tution to invest in a BPM project. From this conception the present study aims to identify which triggers and organizational needs motivate the implementation ofBPM practices. Through a system-atic review we seek to verify the categories of triggers pointed by the literature lead to the implementation of BPM. |
