| Abstract: | Objetivo: Identificar os fatores intervenientes na implantação e implementação da informatização do processo de enfermagem. Método: Revisão integrativa. Pergunta: Quais os fatores intervenientes no processo de implantação e implementação da informatização do processo de enfermagem? Incluídos artigos em português, inglês e espanhol. Resultados: Selecionadas 16 publicações, predomínio dos estudos descritivos, de autores enfermeiros e docentes. Treze estudos foram da realidade brasileira e três estrangeiros, Noruega, Espanha e Finlândia. Identificadas três áreas, recursos humanos, características relacionadas à tecnologia e o processo de trabalho. Conclusão: Os estudos permitiram identificar os elementos descritos como fatores intervenientes. É preciso atenção aos elementos de cada área, pois garantir a interlocução, entre elas, produzirá a ambiência necessária para efetivação do sistema informatizado. |
| Abstract: | Objective: To identify the intervening factors in the implantation of the computerization of the nursing process. Method: Integrative review. Question: Which factors intervene in the process of implementation for computerization the nursing process? Results: 16 publications, with predominance of descriptive studies, were selected from nurses and teachers. Thirteen studies were from the Brazilian reality and three foreigners, Norway, Spain and Finland. Three areas were identified that support the implantation and implementation of the computerized nursing process, human resources, characteristics related to technology and work process. Conclusion: The studies allowed identifying the elements described as intervening factors. Attention is needed to the elements of each area, as guaranteeing the interlocution between them will produce the necessary ambience for the effectiveness of the computerized system. |
