| Abstract: | Este artigo objetiva discutir como a hospitalidade é retratada em três filmes: “Que horas ela volta?”, “Nise: o coração da loucura” e“O clube”. A metodologia consistiu em revisão bibliográfica e análise dos filmes para atender a uma abordagem qualitativa do tema. Os estudos e as análises fílmicas realizadas evidenciaram que a hospitalidade é exercida no âmbito doméstico, em hospital psiquiátrico, casa de reclusão e em todo lugar onde há a relação hóspede/anfitrião, seguindo funções próprias de receber, hospedar, entreter e alimentar. Os comportamentos de hóspedes e anfitriões, nos filmes, não seguem um conjunto de leis preestabelecidas para a hospitalidade, mas quando alguma regra subjetiva é quebrada, pode levar ao seu oposto, que é a hostilidade, como foi verificado nos três filmes. |
| Abstract: | This paper intends to discuss how the hospitality is portrayed in three movies: “The Second Mother”, “Nise: The Heart of Madness” and “The Club”. The methodology consisted in a literature review and the movies analysis was made to meet a qualitative approach to the subject. Studies and conducted filmic analysis showed that hospitality is exerted on the domestic front, a psychiatric hospital, prison home and everywhere there is the relationship guest/host, following the properfunctionsof receiving, host, entertain and feed. There are no laws governing the behavior but if a subjective rule is broken, it can lead to its opposite, which is the hostility. |
