| Abstract: | O presente artigo apresenta a análise da canção Cantiga Praiana, que integra a coletânea Cantares – seis canções para canto e piano, de José Maria Neves, ainda inédita. Cantares é objeto de pesquisa de doutorado das autoras no Programa de Pós-graduação em Música na Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais na linha de Performance Musical. A pesquisa visa compreender o processo composicional de Cantares especialmente através das relações texto-música e suas implicações para a prática artística a partir do arcabouço teórico do pensador russo Mikhail Bakhtin, em particular do conceito de Dialogismo, tendo em vista a performance e a divulgação da obra. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this article is to present the analysis of the song Cantiga Praiana, which is part of the set Cantares - Six Songs for Voice and Piano, by José Maria Neves, still unpublished. Cantares is the subject of research by the authors in the Graduate Program of the University of Minas Gerais in the field of Music Performance. The research aims at understanding the compositional process of the set specially through the music-text relations and its implications for artistic practice within the theoretical framework established by the Russian philosopher Mikhail Bakhtin, in particular, the concept of Dialogism, considering both the performance and the promotion of the work. |
