| Abstract: | Este texto toma o método de História de vida visando produzir uma reflexão atualizada sobre esse instrumento. Para tal, retraçaremos seu histórico, buscando identificar filiações teóricas e interfaces, no intuito de refinar as possibilidades e os limites que carrega. Nesse sentido, são apresentadas considerações sobre o tempo, o processo e a interlocução construída no recolhimento da história de vida, de modo a aprofundar reflexões sobre a importância da relação estabelecida entre pesquisador e aquele que narra sua vida, sobre como é delicado trabalhar com a memória e, ainda, sobre como é importante ponderar sobre os lugares de onde se fala. Por fim, concluímos que são três os laços que dialogam no contar da vida - as condições objetivas, as experiências vividas e a maneira como são narradas - elementos que devem constar no processo de investigação de cada pesquisador. |
| Abstract: | This article takes life-history method in order to produce an updated reflection on this instrument. Thus, we present its history, seeking to identify theoretical affiliations and interfaces, aiming to refine its possibilities and limits. Seeking to deepen into the relationship between the researcher and the one who tells his life, some considerations on the motion-time of life-history are presented. We also discuss about how memory work is a delicate task and how it is important to take considerations about the place from where we speak. The conclusions highlight three ties in the telling of a life – the objective conditions, the way they are lived, the way they are narrated – points that should be included in the research process of each researcher. |
