| Abstract: | Faciometrics consists of making direct measurements from predefined anthropometric points that allow data to be obtained in a simple and practical way. To acquire these facial measurements, we propose the use of a specific facial ruler and following standardized references for quantitative analysis. The relationship between these measurements will guide facial interpretation. With these normative parameters, we can guide harmonization procedures and recover facial proportions, making facial features more similar to the reference. In this way, we will achieve more individualized planning that will be a more assertive approach in the proposed treatment. The purpose of this article is to describe a method that enables faciometrics using a frontal norm. A purely subjective facial analysis, which is linked to conventional planning, can also be quantified through the use of a facial ruler and then interpreted to develop effective planning in facial harmonization. |
| Abstract: | A faciometria consiste em fazer medições diretas a partir de pontos antropométricos que permitem obter dados de forma simples e maneira prática. Para adquirir essas medidas faciais, propomos o uso de régua facial específica e seguindo referências padronizadas para análise quantitativa. A relação entre essas medidas será orientar a interpretação facial. Com esses parâmetros normativos, podemos orientar procedimentos de harmonização e recuperar proporções faciais, tornando características faciais mais parecidas com a referência. Desta forma, conseguiremos planejamento mais individualizado que será uma abordagem mais assertiva no tratamento proposto. O objetivo deste artigo é descrever um método que permite a faciometria usando uma norma frontal. Um tratamento facial puramente subjetivo análise, que está ligada ao planejamento convencional, também pode ser quantificada através do uso de uma régua facial e depois interpretada para desenvolver planejamento em harmonização facial. |
