| Abstract: | A colonialidade como chave de interpretação do espaço social brasileiro ganha ainda mais relevância na conjuntura política atual, destacando-se também como um importante modo de ação emancipatória diante do recrudescimento escancarado da violência exercida na reprodução das hegemonias no período. Busca-se contribuir com a discussão em torno desta perspectiva política e teórico-metodológica através da busca por formas e formações da colonialidade (do poder, sobretudo) na produção do espaço e nos territórios, no contexto brasileiro. Anuncia-se um passo inicial de uma agenda de pesquisa através de um panorama geo-histórico das conformações coloniais que persistem, no formato da colonialidade presente, no espaço social contemporâneo. |
| Abstract: | Coloniality as a key for interpreting Brazilian social space gains even more relevance in the current political conjuncture, being also an important mode of emancipatory action in the face of the open upsurge of violence exerted in the reproduction of hegemonies in this period. The paper seeks to contribute to the discussion on this political and theoretical-methodological perspective through the search for forms and formations of coloniality (of power, above all) in the production of space and in territories, in the Brazilian context. An initial step of a research agenda is announced through a geo-historical panorama of the colonial conformations that persist, in the form of the present coloniality, in contemporary social space. |
