| Abstract: | O desafio decorrente da urbani-zação consiste na harmonização dos objeti-vos do incremento do bem estar do homem e do ambiente, assim como os da equidade social para os que necessitam da formulação de políticas efetivas de desenvolvimento ur-bano. Em pauta, portanto, o tema qualidade e a conjugação de aspectos socioambientais em áreas metropolizadas. Para tanto, além da reflexão conceitual sobre o tema, é relevante a possibilidade metodológica de se construir uma classificação para diferentes unidades espaciais do território. Este artigo pretende apresentar qual a relevância teórica da car-tografia e modelagem de sistemas, apoiada por análise multivariada e como foi possível estabelecer uma espacialização dos resultados obtidos a partir da combinação entre dados sensoriais ambientais e quantitativos sociais. Percebe-se que os avanços da combinação de diferentes técnicas podem contribuir como ferramenta de diagnóstico e estruturação de planejamento. |
| Abstract: | The challenge arising from ur-banization is harmonizing the objectives of improving the welfare of people and the en-vironment, and social equity for those who need the formulation of effective political for urban development. As a central theme in this work: the quality and the combination of social and environmental aspects in metropo-lizadas areas.It is a corresponding methodological possi-bility of building a classification for different spatial units of the territory.This article aims to present what the theoretical relevance of mapping and modeling statistical systems and present as possible establish a spatial distribution of the results of the combination of environmental and social quantitative sen-sory data. It can be observed that advances the combination of different techniques and thus contribute as a diagnostic and planning tool. |
