| Abstract: | Diante do contexto contemporâneo de reestruturação produtiva, com transformação das relações de trabalho e forte tendência de precarização, a organização em cooperativas se estabelece como possibilidade de construção de relações de trabalho e de produção mais horizontais e solidárias (Lima, 2004; Namorado, 2007; 2009). Como grande vantagem da organização cooperativa, tem-se o controle da organização pelos trabalhadores, que são responsáveis pela definição das estratégias de ação e pelo saber técnico envolvido nos processos (Singer, 2002; Gaiger, 2013; Silva, 2020). Nesse sentido, as cooperativas são instituições com potencial de reduzir as desigualdades sociais e promover o bem-estar intergeracional, com inclusão de gênero e sustentabilidade ambiental (Schneider, 2015). |
| Abstract: | In the contemporary context of productive restructuring, with transformation of labor relations and a strong tendency towards precariousness, the organization in cooperatives is established as a possibility for building more horizontal and supportive labor and production relations (Lima, 2004; Namorado, 2007; 2009). A major advantage of the cooperative organization is that the organization is controlled by the workers, who are responsible for defining the action strategies and the technical knowledge involved in the processes (Singer, 2002; Gaiger, 2013; Silva, 2020). In this sense, cooperatives are institutions with the potential to reduce social inequalities and promote intergenerational well-being, with gender inclusion and environmental sustainability (Schneider, 2015). |
