| Abstract: | O artigo tem como objetivo explorar uma aproximação entre as Outras Economias e a Teoria Decolonial, evidenciando suas convergências e como ambos os lados poderiam se beneficiar deste cruzamento epistêmico. Em comum aos dois campos vemos 1) o foco na desconstrução das dicotomias que constituem o paradigma moderno/capitalista/colonial e uma aposta no tensionamento dessas dicotomias como forma de visibilização da multiplicidade escondida pelos binarismos; 2) um retorno à dimensão do corpo e do território que re-localiza o conhecimento, situando-o numa dimensão corpo-geo-política e 3) a tentativa de constituir uma teoria latino-americana que destaque dinâmicas frequentemente invisibilizadas pelas teorias hegemônicas. |
| Abstract: | The article aims to explore a rapprochement between Other Economies and Decolonial Theory, highlighting their convergences and how both sides could benefit from this epistemic intersection. In common to both fields we see 1) the focus on the deconstruction of the dichotomies that constitute the modern/capitalist/colonial paradigm and a bet on the tensioning of these dichotomies as a way of making visible the multiplicity hidden by binarisms; 2) a return to the dimension of the body and territory that re-localizes knowledge, placing it in a body-geo-political dimension and 3) the attempt to constitute a Latin American theory that highlights dynamics that are often made invisible by hegemonic theories. |
