| Abstract: | Este artigo apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa de doutorado efetivada entre os anos de 2015 e 2019 que investigou os impactos do rompimento da barragem de rejeitos da Samarco, Vale e BHP Billiton sobre a vida das mulheres atingidas em Mariana/MG. Trata-se de uma pesquisa participante que teve como referencial teórico e metodológico a psicologia social comunitária. Como resultados da pesquisa, constatou-se que as violações presentes no rompimento da barragem da Samarco, Vale e BHP Billiton intensificaram a opressão sobre as mulheres se efetivando enquanto negação de direitos de reparação, negação de direitos trabalhistas e indenizatórios. |
| Abstract: | This article presents the results of a doctoral research carried out between 2015 and 2019 that investigated the impacts of the collapse of the Samarco, Vale and BHP Billiton tailings dam on the lives of the women affected in Mariana/MG. This is a participatory research that had community social psychology as its theoretical and methodological framework. As a result of the research, it was found that the violations present in the collapse of the Samarco, Vale and BHP Billiton dam intensified the oppression of women, taking the form of denial of the right to reparation, denial of labor rights and compensation. |
