O horror ao feminino : do insuportável do gozo ao obsceno da lei no campo da socioeducação

Abstract

This work aims to address the gap between institutional demand and the female subject in compliance with socio-educational measure of semi-freedom. How to approach this gap with a view, especially, to the particularities of the feminine and the subsequent horror that the Other sex causes to a normative institution? The project derives from the treatment by the researcher with teenagers who committed an infraction in the fulfillment of a socio-educational measure of semi-freedom, demonstrating that along the measure there is an increase in this gap between the demand and the subject. With the accentuated institutional demand for compliance with the law, focusing on the subject's uniqueness, the exclusion of the feminine dimension, its particularities and desires is initially perceived. Faced with a specific informal speech, it is not uncommon to hear, as a technician of institutions aimed at adolescent offenders, that they are expected to become "saints" at the end of the measure. It is curious to note how this speech concerning the “sanctification” of girls demonstrates the relevance of the Freudian idea regarding the radical division of women between “whores” and “saints” (Freud, 1910-12). Although Freud marked this bifurcation in the love sphere, here we also observe it in the institutional field. This “hidden” antinomy presented makes this work still add to the impasses found in the work of psychology and other areas of knowledge that make up the technical team in the face of listening and the particularities of female adolescents. The path of this research begins with the construction of a clinical case, “Santa confesses”, that in addition to exposing the subject and the institutional Other and raising him to a paradigm, will serve as a point of analysis in all chapters. The research will also cover a journey on the feminine from the Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalytic orientation so that it flows into the horror of the feminine. Also presented are the guidelines for the socio-educational measure of semi-freedom and, next to this, the position of the psychoanalyst before the institutional Other, so that the institution x female subject analysis can be made from the perspective of the Lacanian writing “Kant with Sade” (1962). The last point is due to the Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek's concept of obscene, which makes it possible to expand research into a political and ethical context.
