| Abstract: | O trabalho retrata a memória e a identidade local, juntamente com a culinária de Igarapé-MG, a partir das experiências das mestras da culinária. As mestras em conjunto com a vivência nos quintais, mantém viva a identidade local, e promovem a memória gustativa que, em conjunto com os sentidos, propiciam sensações individuais. A pesquisa foi feita com 3 mestras, que apresentaram seus quintais e suas rotinas. Tem-se a problemática: “é possível a memória e a identidade local serem atrativos turísticos?”, e analisou-se a relação da memória das mestras com a cultura e identidade local de Igarapé, verificou-se a potencialidade dos alimentos e dos quintais, e realizou-se pesquisas em campo com as mestras. Em Igarapé, há um festival de caráter gastronômico. Ele propicia a atividade turística no município, assim como aumenta o empoderamento das mestras diante da importância das mesmas para a cultura de Igarapé. |
| Abstract: | This work demonstrates the memory and the local identity, together with the cuisine of Igarapé, from the experiences of the masters' cuisine. The masters and their experiences in the backyards keeps alive the local identity, and promotes the gustatory memory along with the senses, promoting individual sensations. The research was done with three masters, who presented their backyards and their routines. So it has the problematic "the memory and the local identity can be tourist attractions?". The relation of the masters' memory with the culture and local identity of Igarapé was analyzed, the potentiality of the food and the backyards was verified, and field research was performed with the masters. In Igarapé, there is a gastronomic festival of that provides the tourist activity in the county, as well as it increases the masters' empowerment in view of their importance for the culture of Igarapé. |
