| Abstract: | Nossa dissertação versa sobre o conceito de pós-história do filósofoVilém Flusser, utilizando como base seu livro Pós-história: vinte instantâneos e um modo de usar. Nosso objetivo é através da explanação do conceito de póshistória e das influências causadas por tal situação, argumentar sobre as possibilidades de liberdade em uma sociedade tecnicista. Sendo que, para Flusser, essa liberdade só é possível através da arte. Em um tom otimista utiliza a arte como instrumento necessário para a modificação da situação em que nosencontramos. A partir disso é possível concluir que ultrapassar as máquinas e produzir arte permite às pessoas se perceberem como livres, capazes de fazer algo sozinhos, sem a utilização das máquinas e, com isso, se perceberem como seres humanos. |
| Abstract: | Our dissertation explores philosopher Vilém Flussers concept of posthistory, using his book Pós-história: vinte instantâneos e um modo de usar as base. Our goal is to argue over the possibilities of freedom in a technical society through the explanation of the concept of post-history and the influence such situation exerts. To Flusser this freedom is possible only through art. Optimistically, he applies art as a necessary instrument to modify the situation we find ourselves in. As a consequence, it is possible to reach the conclusion that transcending machines and producing art allows people to acknowledgethemselves as free, capable of doing something on their own, without the use of machines and, thus acknowledging themselves as human beings. |
