Abstract: | A Atenção Básica tem a Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) como peça fundamental para a consolidação da reorientação de um novo modelo de atenção em saúde no Brasil. Assim, a ESF deve acolher e estabelecer vínculo com os usuários dos serviços, e proporcionar resolutividade para os problemas e necessidades de saúde apresentados pela comunidade. A ESF Dr. Ulisses Ferreira, localizada em Visconde do Rio Branco-MG, buscou conhecer os principais problemas da população de seu território de atuação. No ano de 2009, foi realizado um diagnóstico situacional do território, identificando como problema comum na comunidade, o risco cardíaco aumentado com enfoque na Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica (HAS). Este estudo relata a experiência da unidade de ESF na implantação da atividade física como fator contribuinte para a prevenção e controle da HAS. Ainda como parte do estudo, foi realizada revisão da literatura técnico- científica, nas bases de dados eletrônicas LILACS; ScieLo e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde do Ministério da Saúde, a fim de embasar a justificativa do trabalho e estabelecer a relação entre a bibliografia existente e a realidade estudada. Observou-se que a implantação da atividade física tem trazido benefícios para os participantes, tais como melhor qualidade de vida e adesão ao tratamento, estreitamento de vínculos entre usuários e equipe, e manutenção de valores de aferições pressóricas em níveis desejáveis. |
Abstract: | Primary Care Family Health Strategy (FHS) is a key to the consolidation of the reorientation for a new model of health care in Brazil. Thus, the FHS should welcome and establish links with service users, and provide solutions for problems and health needs presented by the community. FHS Dr. Ulisses Ferreira, located in Visconde do Rio Branco - MG, tried to know the main problems of the population from its territory of operation. In 2009, it was performed a situational analysis of the territory identifying as a common problem in the community, the increased cardiac risk with a focus on systemic blood pressure (hypertension). This study reports the experience of the FHS unity in the implementation of physical activity as a contributing factor to the prevention and control of hypertension. Also as part of the study, we reviewed the scientific and technical literature in electronic databases LILACS, SciELO and Virtual Health Library of the Health Ministry in order to base the justification of the work and establish the relationship between the existing literature and the reality studied. It was observed that the implementation of physical activity has brought benefits to the participants, such as better quality of life and adherence to treatment, closer ties between users and staff, and maintaining of values of pressure measurements at desirable levels. |
