| Title: | Acolhimento x Programa Saúde da Família: um olhar sobre o cotidiano de uma equipe de saúde da família |

| Abstract: | O presente estudo tem como objeto o acolhimento realizado em uma unidade de saúde do município de Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar e discutir o acolhimento enquanto ferramenta para a humanização do atendimento aos usuários e como prática inclusiva de saúde correlacionando com a prática nesta unidade enfatizando a importância de uma equipe multiprofissional na realização do mesmo, da capacitação permanente dos profissionais envolvidos, além de enfocar o papel da equipe de enfermagem neste processo. Para elaboração desta pesquisa foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico acerca do assunto nas bases de dados LILACS, Medline e Scielo, utilizando-se os seguintes descritores válidos nos Descritores em Ciência da Saúde (DeCS/BIREME): acolhimento, programa saúde da família, equipe de enfermagem, comunicação e humanização. Utilizou-se a literatura publicada entre os anos de 1996 a 2009. Verificou-se, a partir desta pesquisa, a relevância da reorganização do processo de trabalho nesta unidade a partir da implementação do acolhimento, a necessidade de reflexão da Equipe Saúde da Família sobre o seu papel neste processo e da importância desta buscar estratégias que favoreçam o estabelecimento de uma assistência contínua e humanizada, com qualidade e responsabilidade, garantindo a todos os usuários acesso aos serviços de saúde e uma visão integral no atendimento. |
| Abstract: | This study considers the reception held in a health facility in the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The aim of this study was to analyze and discuss the host as a tool for the humanization of care to users and how inclusive practice health correlating with the practice in this unit emphasizing the importance of a multidisciplinary team in achieving the same, the continuing training of professionals involved, besides focusing on the role of nursing staff in this process. For elaboration of this research was carried out literature on the subject in the databases LILACS, SciELO and MEDLINE, using the following descriptors are valid in the Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCS BIREME): host family health program, nursing staff communication and humanization. We used the literature published between the years 1996 to 2009.Verificou It is from this research, the importance of reorganizing the work process in this unit through the implementation of the host, the need for reflection on the Family Health Team its role in this process and the importance of this find strategies to promote the establishment of a continuous care and humane, with quality and accountability, ensuring all users access to health services and a comprehensive vision of care. |
