Abstract

Labor is a way to transform human beings lives and even build their character. Workers are considered all men and women engaged in activities to support themselves and / or their dependents, whatever their type of participation in the labor market (formal or informal). The rights and obligations of employers and employees is an extremely broad topic. In this sense, this work is to know how this matter of health and workers safety is discussed , taking as a pillar these literature reviews to analyze and add the facts that the organization of health in relation to the labor activity. Aiming to do a literature review on the rights to health and safety of workers. Directing what rights and duties of the same health, counting, briefly, the history of occupational health, the involvement of the ILO Conventions, the Regulatory Standards, CAT and compulsory notification of diseases and health of workers. Having the focus on orientation for them, so, consequently, improving the lives of these workers, who are often closely linked with the staff of Family Health. For thus can expect a result that the law is enforced and that companies are organized, increase productivity and product quality, improving human relations at work and in society, implementing actions designed to improve the environments and conditions work aimed at promoting safety and health of workers who are inserted also in the Family health Unit.
