| Title: | Refluxo gastroesofágico em bebês: uma proposta de intervenção na Estratégia Saúde da Família |

| Abstract: | Uma abordagem ao refluxo gastroesofágico em bebês, sua fisiopatologia, diagnóstico, tratamento e cuidados. O refluxo gastroesofágico é uma ocorrência muito comum em recém-nascidos e lactentes e sua incidência é relativamente alta (67% no primeiro ano de vida). O refluxo fisiológico ocorre na maioria dos casos e requer, para o seu controle, apenas a adoção de algumas medidas gerais e comportamentais, como modificações dietéticas e posicionamento correto do bebê. O conhecimento do assunto é de extrema importância para o enfermeiro que atua na Estratégia Saúde da Família, e sua habilidade em utilizar estratégias relacionadas com as orientações dos pais, irão contribuir positivamente na minimização dos sintomas do refluxo. O objetivo deste estudo é propor um plano de intervenção junto à Estratégia Saúde da Família que engloba orientações aos pais dos bebês com refluxo gastroesofágico nas consultas mensais realizadas pelo enfermeiro, preconizadas neste programa. Para a elaboração do plano de intervenção foi realizada uma revisão da literatura sobre o tema proposto. Os dados levantados permitiram a confecção de orientações sobre o manejo adequado dos bebês com refluxo gastroesofágico. |
| Abstract: | One approach to gastroesophageal reflux in infants, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment and care. Gastroesophageal reflux is a very common occurrence in newborns and infants and its incidence is relatively high (67% in the first year of life). The physiologic reflux occurs in most cases and requires, for its control, only the adoption of some general and behavioral measures such as dietary changes and correct positioning of the baby. The knowledge of the matter is of extreme importance for the nurses who work in the Family Health Strategy, and its ability to use strategies related to the guidance of parents, will contribute positively in reducing symptoms of reflux. The objective of this study is to propose an intervention plan with the Family Health Strategy which includes guidance for parents of infants with gastroesophageal reflux in monthly visits conducted by nurses, this proposed program. For the preparation of the intervention plan was carried out a review of the literature on the theme. The data collected allowed the preparation of guidelines on the proper management of infants with gastroesophageal reflux. |
