| Abstract: | Este trabalho foi realizado após um levantamento bibliográfico, o que subsidiou as diversas vantagens da prática do acolhimento em nosso dia a dia. . A partir de um primeiro levantamento bibliográfico e leituras, foi possível criar uma estrutura organizadora do trabalho. O profissional deve estar ciente do caráter voltado para a responsabilidade e para resolutividade sinalizada pelo caso em questão, sendo assim todos temos condições de desenvolver o acolhimento, desde que desenvolva a competência para isto. A principal proposta é de implantação do acolhimento no hospital municipal de pequeno porte, no qual trabalho como enfermeira RT., há expectativa de que através da prática do acolhimento iremos atingir a satisfação do cliente, pois qualificaremos nosso atendimento, além de minimizar a distância entre o cliente e o profissional, além de fortalecer o vínculo entre os mesmos. |
| Abstract: | This work was carried out after a literature review, which subsidized the many advantages of the practice of welcoming in our day to day. From a literature review and first reading, it was possible to create an organizing structure of the work. The practitioner must be aware of the responsibility toward nature and marked by solving the case in question, so all we are able to develop the host, since the power to develop it. The main proposal is to host the deployment of small municipal hospital, I work as a nurse in RT., It is expected that through the practice of the host will achieve customer satisfaction, will qualify for our service, while minimizing the distance between the client and professional, as well as strengthen the bond between them. |
