O planejamento e gerenciamento no processo de trabalho na Estratégia de Saúde da Família

Abstract

The Health System requires new skills in management in public health, including effective social participation and outcomes of care. The Family Health Strategy represents an innovation in the form of action towards the population, assuming the constitutional principle of health as a right of all and a duty of the state, and the Health System as a public and universal. In this configuration, health nurses, as manager, must have knowledge that will enable it to take on managerial roles. This study addresses the following problem: to what extent the planning and management strategy in family health is important for success in the workplace? This study aimed, therefore, to review the literature on the planning and management in the Family Health Strategy. To achieve this goal the literature showed how proper path and the material was collected in the database LILACS and SciELO and Programs of the Ministry of Health became evident with the present study the importance of nurses know to plan and manage the range of recommended the Family Health Strategy. To do so, you can - say that there is a need to seek and develop these skills, to include professional experience in each and improve, thus the working process across health system
