As contribuições da Enfermagem ocupacional na atenção integral à saúde do trabalhador

Abstract

In the modern society, after many historical fights against an atmosphere of hostile and inhuman work, it is longed for, more and more, the quality in the work that is a series of actions done to maintain a healthy and harmonic atmosphere in their personal relationships, contributing to the professional quality and of the processes. In that sense, they begin to appear studies in several areas to example of the psychology returned for a wider sense of the psychologist's presence besides the selection and recruitment that it is the unification of the business actions around a process more quality cash in the work. With the evolution of the organizational psychology the psychologist's paper is questioned in the subject of the life quality inside the companies. With base in the existences of the academic during his/her apprenticeship in a company, this research was born with the objective of analyzing actions returned for the quality in the work, in order to study the psychologist's paper inside the organizations as I subject promoter of improvements. Being like this, the analyzed experiences demonstrate that the quality in the work has been objective of concern of the Brazilian companies, being essential the psychologist to develop her. Besides, the study demonstrates that the quality in the work is in the worker including the discharge manages that it is also part of the human resources of the company, in that case the results appear that to improve the productivity, should check the quality administrative and operational inside the organizations.
