| Abstract: | As ações educativas são essenciais para garantir um cuidado qualificado e livre de danos ao cliente e à sua família e devem permear todas as ações em enfermagem. A educação continuada e permanente no serviço de enfermagem visa desenvolver o processo de ensino aprendizado de forma a capacitar os trabalhadores a desenvolver suas atividades de forma correta e consciente, no seu locus de trabalho. O objetivo deste estudo foi reconhecer os resultados para a equipe de enfermagem decorrentes da implementação da educação continuada. Utilizou-se como metodologia a revisão integrativa da literatura. A busca bibliográfica foi realizada no mês de dezembro de 2011, utilizando-se os bancos de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Literatura Internacional em Ciências da Saúde (MEDLINE). Obteve-se uma amostra de quatro estudos. As análises destes apontaram resultados positivos e negativos em relação à implementação da educação continuada. Como resultados positivos foram citados maior integração entre os membros da equipe, melhoria no atendimento, dedicação do enfermeiro, valorização dos profissionais, atividades educativas significativas e capacitação do trabalhador para execução adequada das suas atividades. Como resultados negativos levantados observou-se baixa adesão dos funcionários aos programas promovidos, porém quando a temática se encontrava dissociada da realidade e das necessidades do setor. Concluiu-se que educação continuada deve ser realizada levando-se em consideração as necessidades e dificuldades específicas da equipe de enfermagem e do seu setor visando estimular o envolvimento dos trabalhadores no desenvolvimento e na participação dos programas. |
| Abstract: | Educative activities are essential to ensurea qualified and free of damage care to the client and his family. They must permeate every action in nursing. Continued education and permanent in nursing care aims to develop the teaching-learning process in order to enable workers to develop their activities in a correct and conscientious way in their locus of work. The objective of this study was to recognize the results of the implementation of continued education to the nursing team.The methodology used was the integrative literature review. The literature search was done in December of 2011, and the databases used were "Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS)" and "International Literature in Health Sciences (MEDLINE). A sample of four studies was obtained. Their analysisshowed positive and negative results regarding to the implementation of the continued education. Positive results that were cited included greater integration between the team members, improving in the treatment, dedication of the nurse, appreciation of the professionals, meaningful educational activities and enablement of the workers for the appropriated execution of their activities. Negative results that were raised included poor adherence of the team to the promoted programs, but only when the subject was disconnected from the reality and the needs of their sector. It was concluded that continued education should be performed considering the specific needs and difficulties of the nursing team and sector in order to stimulate the involvement of the workers in the development and in the participation of the programs. |
